Common questions
How fast does someone show up?
Emergency dispatches are typically accepted within minutes and a pro is on-site within the hour in most markets. Same-day requests get a 4-hour window. Scheduled jobs pick your date.
What's the dispatch fee for?
The dispatch fee pays HR911 for sourcing, vetting, and routing the pro to your door. It is separate from what the pro charges for the actual repair — that you pay the pro directly when the job is done. If no pro accepts within 30 minutes, the dispatch fee is refunded automatically.
Are the pros licensed and insured?
Yes. Every pro on HR911 is verified — state license (where required), general liability insurance, and a background check before they take their first dispatch.
What if I don't like the price quoted on-site?
You can pass before any work starts. The dispatch fee (that paid us to find and route the pro) still applies, but you owe the pro nothing if no work happens.
How do I pay the pro?
Cash, card, Zelle, check — whatever your pro accepts. You settle directly with them when the work is done. HR911 doesn't handle that payment.
Can I tip?
Of course — directly to the pro, however you want.
